Are you qualified and insured? Yes — I’m fully qualified in both reflexology and aromatherapy massage and hold full insurance and membership with professional bodies Association of Reflexologists and International Federation of Aromatherapists. .

Your first appointment is a relaxed and supportive experience, designed to make you feel comfortable and cared for. We’ll begin with a confidential consultation where we talk about your general health, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and what you’d like to get out of your treatment. This helps me tailor your session—whether it’s reflexology, aromatherapy massage, or another holistic therapy—to suit your unique needs. Once we’ve created your personalised treatment plan (and essential oil blend, if applicable), you’ll be invited to relax in a calm, peaceful space while your therapy begins. Each session is carried out with care, respect, and sensitivity, allowing you time to switch off, recharge, and feel supported. After your treatment, there’s time to gently come round, have a glass of water, and ask any questions. Many clients say they leave feeling more balanced, lighter, and emotionally reset.

Booking & Cancellation Policy At Aroma Therapie Suite, I aim to make your experience smooth and relaxing. Please review our quick policy guide before booking: Booking Appointments: Book online, by phone, or in person at least 48 hours in advance. Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation by email or text—please check the details. Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened if you're late; arrivals over 15 minutes may be treated as missed appointments. Cancellations Standard: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-Shows: Full fee applies. Emergencies: Life happens—contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
