Self care isn't a luxury — it's one of the most practical things you can do for your health. These workshops are
designed to give you simple, evidence-informed tools you can actually use: to manage stress, support your sleep, look
after your physical and emotional wellbeing, and feel more in control of your health day to day

Self care workshops are health education sessions — not clinical treatment, therapy or medical advice. If you have
specific health concerns, please speak to your GP.
