What is Aroma Therapie Suite?

Aroma Therapie Suite is a nurse-led women's health and wellbeing practice based in Dungannon, County Tyrone. It brings together five connected services — evidence-based CBT for hot flushes and night sweats, health awareness talks, wellbeing workshops, reflexology and aromatherapy massage — all delivered by the same qualified, regulated practitioner.
It is not a clinic and it is not a spa. It sits in the space between the two — where clinical expertise meets genuine care. Women can access practical symptom support, trusted health information and complementary therapies for relaxation and wellbeing without having to go to several different places to find them.
Everything under one roof. One practitioner. One joined-up approach.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes — completely. Here is what that means in practice:
As a Registered Nurse I am regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and work within the NMC Code at all times. I have over 30 years of clinical nursing experience, a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Safety and Health and a Postgraduate Certificate in Practice Nursing.
For the CBT programme I hold specialist training in CBT for hot flushes and night sweats through the British Menopause Society (BMS) — the UK's leading professional body for menopause care — and deliver the programme in line with NICE guidance.
For reflexology I hold a VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Reflexology and am a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), working within the AoR's professional code of practice at all times.
For aromatherapy massage I am a qualified member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA), working within the IFA's professional standards and code of ethics.
I hold full professional indemnity and public liability insurance across all services. You are in safe, qualified and very caring hands.
For self-care workshops I draw on my combined qualifications and experience across nursing, health promotion, reflexology and aromatherapy to deliver workshops that are grounded in professional practice and self-care principles — not simply a nice experience, but one with genuine purpose and professional foundation behind it.
I hold full professional indemnity and public liability insurance across all services. You are in safe, qualified and very caring hands.

Question 4

How do I book?

You can get in touch using the contact form on the website, by phone or by email. For reflexology and aromatherapy massage, your booking is not confirmed until I have been in touch with you directly — so once you submit your request, I will reach out for a quick chat to make sure everything is right for you before confirming your appointment.
For the CBT programme, health talks and self-care workshops, simply send me your details and I will get back to you to talk through the options and next steps before anything is confirmed.
Nothing is booked until you hear back from me — so please look out for my message.

Question 5

What if I am unwell on day of my appointment?

Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, a raised temperature or are generally not well enough to attend. I would always ask you to reschedule — your health and the health of other clients matters, and it is simply the right thing to do.
Please get in touch as soon as possible if this happens and I will do my best to find you an alternative appointment. Late cancellation charges will not apply where you are genuinely unwell — just let me know.
This works both ways. If I am unwell I will never put you at risk by coming to work. I will always contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment, and you will always be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
 





What is your cancellation policy?

CBT Programme
The full programme fee is paid in advance to secure your place. If you are unable to attend the programme at all, a full refund is available provided you give at least 4 weeks notice before the programme begins. Inside 4 weeks, the fee is non-refundable — but a transfer to a future programme date will always be considered where possible.
If you miss an individual session within the programme, no refund applies for that session — but your place is kept and the programme continues as planned. In exceptional circumstances please just get in touch as soon as you can and I will do my best to help.
Reflexology & Aromatherapy Massage
I ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. We all have those days when things do not go to plan — so your first late cancellation or missed appointment will not be charged. After that, the full session fee applies for cancellations inside 48 hours or missed appointments without notice. Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice are always free to rearrange.
Self-Care Workshops
The full workshop fee is paid at booking. Because workshops are limited to just four people, each place is reserved specifically for you — and late cancellations leave very little opportunity to offer that place to someone else.
Cancellations with more than 4 weeks notice will receive a credit note for the full amount, valid for six months and redeemable against any Aroma Therapie Suite service. Cancellations inside 4 weeks or non-attendance on the day are non-refundable.
If you cannot make it, you are welcome to send someone in your place — just let me know at least 24 hours before so they can complete a brief health questionnaire ahead of the workshop.
In exceptional circumstances please just get in touch as soon as possible and I will always try to find a compassionate solution.
Health Talks
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the event date. If you need to cancel within 4 weeks of the event, the full fee is due. For organisations booking workplace talks, please get in touch directly to discuss arrangements specific to your organisation.
Applies to all services:
In exceptional circumstances I will always try to find a compassionate solution — please just get in touch as soon as possible and we can talk it through.

Question 7

Do you accept walk-ins?

No — all appointments are by booking only so I can offer a personalised experience.  However, you can message me in case I have last minute availability.

Question 8

I am pregnant or trying to get pregnant are these treatments suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Reflexology, aromatherapy massage and wellbeing workshops are not currently available during pregnancy or for women who are actively trying to conceive. This is entirely about working safely within my current scope of practice — your safety and comfort matter enormously to me, and I would never offer a service I am not fully trained to deliver in your circumstances. Please speak to your GP or midwife who can advise on appropriate complementary therapy options.

Question 9

Do you follow hygiene protocols?

Yes — I maintain a clean, sanitised treatment space and fresh linens are used for every client.

Are my services a substitue for medical advice?

Accepted Answer

No — and I want to be very clear about that. All services at Aroma Therapie Suite are educational and supportive in nature, or complementary therapies for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have any medical concerns — including questions about menopause management — please speak to your GP. My role is to complement your medical care, not to replace it.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any treatment — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries or a thoughtful treat.  Expiry date is 6 months from purchase.

How much do Programmes, Talks, Workshops and Treatments cost?

Pricing for reflexology and aromatherapy massage appointments is available on the services page.
For "In Her Prime", Health Talks and Wellbeing Workshops, pricing is discussed as part of your initial conversation — this is because the right format, group size and setting all affect what is involved. Getting in touch is the first step and there is no obligation at that point.
