In Her Prime CBT Programme for Hot Flushes & Night Sweats
Introduction
The same structured, evidence-based CBT programme — delivered in a small group setting. Many women find that sharing the experience with others going through the same thing adds an extra layer of support and understanding. Group sessions follow the same 6-session format as the individual programme, guided by Fiona Brown, Registered Nurse and BMS-trained CBT facilitator
