Professional Standards

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and an associate member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA). These memberships demonstrate my commitment to delivering high-quality complementary therapy.

As a member of AoR and IFA:

I follow their codes of ethics and practice.
I meet strict hygiene and safety guidelines.
I maintain professional insurance exceeding £5 million.
I complete ongoing training (CPD) to keep my skills current.
I fully comply with GDPR. Your personal information is always kept confidential.

1. Appointments

Booking an appointment confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
A consultation will take place prior to your first session.
Please disclose any relevant medical or lifestyle information.
I reserve the right to postpone treatment if needed for your wellbeing.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are payable in full at the time of treatment.
Payment methods accepted: cash or bank transfer.
Current treatment fees are available on the website.
If I am unwell or unable to treat, I will notify you as early as possible.

3. Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount before rebooking.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and can be purchased online.
Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
Cancellations or no-shows will void the voucher as per policy.

5. Health Disclaimer & Liability

Treatments are complementary and support wellbeing — not a replacement for medical advice.
Please consult your GP about any medical concerns.
I am not liable for outcomes if relevant health details are not shared.

These Terms & Conditions are reviewed regularly.
Any updates will be published on this website.
By continuing to book and attend sessions, you agree to these updated terms.
