Booking and Cancellation Policy for Aroma Therapie Suite At Aroma Therapie Suite, we’re dedicated to providing you with relaxing and rejuvenating experiences. To help everything go smoothly, here’s a quick look at our booking and cancellation policies. We kindly ask you to review these before booking your session. Booking: 1. Scheduling Appointments: o You can easily book your session online, by phone, or in person. We just ask that bookings are made at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Confirmation: o Once your booking is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation by email or text. Please double-check the details to make sure everything is correct. 3. Late Arrivals: o Life happens! If you’re running late, your session may be shortened to make sure we stay on schedule, but the full fee will still apply. o If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to treat it as a missed appointment. Cancellations: 1. Standard Cancellations: o Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit can be applied to a future session. o If you cancel within 24 hours, 50% payment will be required. 2. No-Shows: o If you don’t attend your appointment without giving us notice, the full session fee will apply. 3. Emergency Cancellations: o We completely understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel last-minute due to an emergency, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling & Refunds: • You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment once at no extra charge as long as you give us 24 hours' notice. Additional changes may incur a small fee. • Deposits are non-refundable unless we need to cancel your session or in exceptional cases. Health & Safety: • If you’re feeling unwell, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time, and we’ll happily reschedule your session.
